Shipping Conditions

Shipping your package

Packages are generally sent within two days after payment has been received. They are sent via UPS with tracking and delivered without signature. If you prefer additional signature then an extra fee will be applied. Please, contact us to proceed with this method.
Wichever method you chose, a link with tracking of your package will be sent.

Shipping costs includes handling, packaging and transport. Handling cost are fixed, but shipping cost can vary depending on the total weight. We advice you group your products in a single order, since we can't group two different orders and the costs will be applied to every separate order. Your package is sent under your own risk, but the packages are protected, properly boxed.

The delivery companies we provide are subjected to two parameters: warehouse location, product type. 

Our four delivery companies are:

Mondial Relay: Delivered on pick-up location, 72 hs.

UPS: Home delivery, 48 hs

Delivery of your order

After receiving your products, the customer must check the condition and the contents of the package.
In case one or more products are missing or damaged, the customer must file a grievance at the site of reception.

However, if within 24 hs of the delivery and by sending a notarized letter to the transport agency, with the adress cited in the invoice, we can accept complaints after the delivery.

Without properly notarized letter or complaints about the delivery note, the transport agency's insurance will not consider your complaints.

In case of doubt, reject the package

The transport agencies' goal is to minimize incidents to avoid insurance's fee increments. 

Therefore, remember to check your package. Do not listen to the delivery man even if he tells he doesn't have time. Unpack and check in his presence.
