To be sure of this you have several points to check. 

1. The reference at the top of the product sheet: 

If it ends with "comtemp" then the product will be delivered with the remote control that has the thermostat. 

2. If not, go further down in the data sheet to "Technical characteristics" to the line "Control:" here you should see if the remote control with this fan is with thermostat. 

If this is not the case, you have to add the optional remote control. further down in the product data sheet.
