Modulo is a series of modular ceiling fans. With numerous combinations of the components of the ceiling fan, such as blades, motor and light set, KlassFan strives to meet all customer needs.
Modulo is a versatile product that is characterized both by its modern look and its functionality.
In addition, Modulo is an ideal solution for heat recovery (destratification). This practical function contributes to a much better temperature balance in the room. The warm air usually collects unused under the ceiling due to its lower weight. The ceiling fan, however, through its rotation, brings these warm layers back into circulation. This equalizes the temperature.
You can rest assured that with this ceiling fan your feet will always be warm!
The motor:
All ceiling fans of the Modulo series have a direct current motor, which is made of 100% copper and is provided with self-lubricating ball bearings - these properties guarantee a very quiet and smooth operation.
Its advantages:
-Better control over the speed of rotation: In contrast to the AC ceiling fans, the DC motors allow a more precise control over the speed due to the larger number of levels. The Modulo ceiling fans have 6 levels.
- Low power consumption: Thanks to the high efficiency, DC motors consume much less power than AC motors. DC motors offer the same performance but with half the energy requirement! The DC motors from Modulo are considered to be the ones with one of the lowest consumption on the market. At level 1 Modulo consumes around 5.1 watts and at level 6 - 25.6 watts. However, performance has not been sacrifised- the fan speed at the highest level is 193 rpm and the air flow - up to 10,800 m³ / h.
- Hyper Silence: this label stands for an extra quiet run. Hyper Silence ceiling fans are practically inaudible up to level 3 and at higher levels only the movement of the air may be heard.
- Memory function - for level, light, summer/winter mode
You can attach either 2 or 3 blades to the motor (with 2 blades, however, the speed increases and could increas the noise level slightly).
Modulo is supplied with two down rods of 12.5 cm and 25 cm. We optionally offer extension rods of 60, 120 and even 180 cm!
The blades:
Thanks to their special design, taken over from the aircraft industry, these blades are particularly powerful and guarantee smooth and silent operation of the ceiling fan (less than 38 Db(a) at level 3). The wood used is balse, which becomes very light after drying, which contributes for lower energy consumption. These blades help the fan perform better, increasing its performance and reducing noise nuisance.
Output: up to 8400 m³/h
Height: 106cm
All Modulo ceiling fans are controlled by a remote control, through which all available functions are accessible - level selection, light on / off, timer, memory, thermostat, Wi-Fi.
The thermostat allows the automatic selection of the optimal level according to the room temperature.
When the thermostat is activated, the ceiling fan reacts as follows:
0 - 19 ° C = level 1
19 ° - 21 ° C = level 2
22 ° - 23 ° C = level 3
24 - 26 ° C = level 4
26 - 28 ° C = level 5
From 28 ° C = level 6
The thermostat can be deactivated through the remote control.
The Wi-Fi function is also activated via the remote control. This feature allows you to control the ceiling fan from any mobile device, whether you are at home or not. Just download the Tuya app and enjoy the convenience of the 21st century!

Discover the Repairability Index
This indicator represents a new resource to help you make more sustainable decisions daily.
Understanding the Repairability Score: A Key Indicator for Conscious Consumers
What is the Repairability Score? The repairability score is an indicator designed to inform consumers about the ease of repair of ventilation products. This score, presented on a scale of 0 to 10, evaluates several aspects of the product, such as the ease of disassembly, the availability of spare parts, and the relative cost of repairs.
Why is it important? In a world where sustainability and ecology are becoming increasingly important, the repairability score helps consumers make informed choices. By opting for products with a high score, consumers can not only save money over long periods but also contribute to the reduction of electronic waste.
Disclaimer: It is essential to distinguish the repairability score specific to ventilation from the general repairability index. Currently, the standard repairability index is not directly applicable to ventilation systems. This is why we have developed our own repairability score, adapted to the particularities of our products.
What is the Repairability Score for Ventilation?
The repairability score we calculate internally is a key indicator for evaluating the ease of repair and durability of our ventilation systems. This score takes into account several factors:
- Documentation: We evaluate the availability and quality of installation and repair manuals. Clear and complete documentation is essential to facilitate interventions on our products.
- Product Disassembly: This criterion examines the ease of access to the different components, particularly the critical elements. We consider whether it is possible to carry out repairs without having to return the product due to the complexity of certain manipulations.
- Availability of Spare Parts: We distinguish two main suppliers:
- Assemblers: They generally stock parts, such as motors and blades, due to their compatibility with several models. This reduces the likelihood of major changes from year to year and ensures good availability of spare parts.
- Finished Product Distributors: Their commitment to product longevity influences their decision to stock spare parts. Depending on their commitments, they may or may not decide to change their product ranges and stock parts.
- Fan Boutique's Commitment to Product Longevity: Our company is committed to updating these indexes by sharing the experiences of other customers and the difficulties or ease of obtaining parts from the manufacturer.
In conclusion, the repairability score is a valuable tool for promoting more responsible and sustainable consumption. By choosing products with a high score, consumers can positively influence manufacturing practices while benefiting from more durable and economically advantageous devices.
