When you think fan, you think classic fans. But when you have large rooms to ventilate, or just a warehouse or workshop, conventional fans are clearly inoperative.

Indeed a conventional fan is not made to run continuously and at maximum speed.

So the solution is found in air blowers, but what are the differences between these blowers and our classic fans? Many let us review the important points.

1) The differences in ventilation capacities.

Specifically this point is one of the most important between the two types of fans, a classic fan "pushes" the air without rotating it, the air flow behaves like a wall moving forward.

An air blower creates a mini "vortex" or small tornado allowing the airflow to be more concentrated.

To do this test, take a balloon, put the head of your fan horizontally, and put the balloon in the center of the grid, turn on the fan.

In one case, the fan will fly away as if pushed by the wind, in the case of the brewer, the balloon will remain suspended in the center of the vortex.

2) The noise level.

Unquestionably, a brewer is a fan to be reserved for a more commercial use, because it is very noisy, the blades emit bass like the blades of an airplane. If you want to ventilate a garage or other unoccupied rooms, it will be appropriate, in the case of a living room, a bedroom, in short a living room, forget the Brasseur d'air and switch to a classic fan.

3) Consumption and motors.

The classic, "cheap" fans are ALL made in Asia and 90% in China. The motors are 40 to 60 Watts and the current standard does not require motor efficiency (ratio of watts consumed / airflow).

In addition, for the last ten years or so, motors are no longer made of copper but of aluminium, it is cheaper than copper (that's obvious), but aluminium can withstand heat less well than copper, motors are much more fragile.

The motors of the brewers when a them, for two years, are governed by a very restrictive standard, obliging the manufacturers to respect a ratio watt/airflow.

The brewers have more powerful motors, from 60 to 120 Watts and even more for brewers from 60 to 80 Cm.

The problem is the same as with the traditional fans, the private brands (type le__oy Me__in or Ca______ma) run after the price, have aluminum motors that do not hold in continuous operation.

So obviously Lba Home, requires 100% copper motors.

4) the structure of the fans.

Classical fans are often made of ABS, with 1 mm honeycomb protection grids. The blades are made of plastic, the arms and feet are often "light" metal.

The air blowers are made of metal, the blades are metallic, the grilles are welded and made of 2 to 3 mm "metal wires" depending on the model.

The paints used are oven paints, to avoid corrosion as much as possible.

The weights have no comparison, a 40 cm standing fan weighs on average 3 to 4 Kg, a stirrer 8 to 12 Kg.

With these differences, you can deduce that brewers are to be reserved for specific uses in places where nuisance is not a problem.

With Maestro, you can go one step further in terms of practicality. Indeed, this air brewer is, the 4 x 4 of the brewers, because it goes everywhere. It offers many more possibilities than a classic floor or stand mounted brewer. It's often one OR the other, here it's one AND the other and even better on the wall.

So here is a ventilation tool that you will find hard to part with once you try it.
