Nordik Heavy Duty is a metal industrial ceiling fan that can be installed in almost all kinds of industrial areas. It can be exposed to high humidity over 90%, dust, or temperature exceeding 50 °C. Vortice promises continuous operation, and in addition, it guarantees the fan for 15 years.
Nordik heavy duty stainless steel is IP55 certified and also meets the Directive 2006/42 / EC, which mean that moisture has no effect on it. Indeed the blades are stainless steel 304, which means they cannot get rusty. The motor housing is in die-cast aluminum, again no rust possible.
As far as its assembly is concerned, this fan is jointed on its entirety, so that dust cannot access the engine.
Finally the engine, that is not a DC motor, but a conventional engine, is provided with an O protection, which allows the engine to operate in ambient temperature up to 55 °C!
This industrial ceiling fan is reversible and controllable with a box or inverter. Wall control boxes are an option, remote controls are not recommended.
